For more than two decades, Suzanne Sena worked in the demanding world of national television — much of it live, with no retakes and no chance to start over. She knows what happens when the red light comes on: how quickly a simple question can become a difficult one, how pressure changes the way people communicate, and how a moment of hesitation can affect the way an audience perceives you.
Her broadcasting career spans entertainment, national news, and live television. She gained international recognition — and an Emmy nomination — as host of Celebrity Homes on E!, reported live from the red carpets of the Emmys, Golden Globes, and Academy Awards, and went on to work as a correspondent for Extra, a weekend anchor for a CBS affiliate, and a breaking news anchor for Fox News Channel.
In 2010, Suzanne founded Sena-Series Media Training, bringing what she learned during years of live TV to executives, public figures, entrepreneurs, and professionals whose ability to communicate can have a direct impact on their success.
Today, her work extends far beyond the camera. Suzanne coaches executives on executive presence, public speaking, and communicating with clarity and authority. She prepares C-suite leaders, founders, celebrities, and other public figures for major interviews, presentations, and important public moments, and facilitates corporate workshops designed to create meaningful, visible improvement in the way people communicate.
Her approach is highly individualized because the same technique doesn’t work for everyone. Suzanne identifies what is helping someone communicate effectively, what may be getting in their way, and what will make the greatest difference. The goal isn’t to create a performance or turn someone into a different version of themselves. It’s to make sure their communication reflects the expertise, credibility, and capability they already bring to their work.
